These Terms of Service (also called Terms of Use) govern access to LegalFlow.
1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using LegalFlow, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Eligibility and account
- You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
LegalFlow is intended for professional legal teams. You are responsible for complying with your professional obligations and local laws.
3. License and acceptable use
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use LegalFlow for your internal business purposes during the term of your subscription.
- Do not reverse engineer, copy, or resell the service.
- Do not upload malware or attempt to bypass security controls.
- Do not use LegalFlow to violate laws or third-party rights.
4. Your content and responsibilities
You retain ownership of the data and documents you upload ("Your Content"). You grant us permission to host, process, and display Your Content solely to provide the service to you.
- You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of Your Content.
- You must obtain any necessary consents from clients or third parties.
- You should maintain backups of critical data.
5. Subscriptions and payments
If you purchase a paid plan, fees are billed in advance and renew automatically unless canceled. Prices and features may change with notice. Taxes are your responsibility where applicable.
6. Third-party services
LegalFlow may integrate with third-party services such as Google Calendar or email providers. Your use of those services is subject to their terms and privacy policies.
7. App Store and Google Play terms
If you access LegalFlow via the Apple App Store or Google Play, you also agree to their applicable terms. Apple and Google are not responsible for LegalFlow, and any claims related to LegalFlow should be directed to Wavelength Technology. Where required, the Apple Standard EULA applies and can be found at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
LegalFlow is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. LegalFlow is a productivity tool and does not provide legal advice or create an attorney-client relationship.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wavelength Technology will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability will not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or fail to pay fees. Upon termination, your access ends and data may be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Wavelength Technology is established, without regard to conflict of law principles.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post updates here and revise the "Last updated" date. Continued use of LegalFlow after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
