How does the AI document analysis work?
Upload any legal document — PDF or DOCX. Our AI reads the full content, extracts key information like parties, dates, and case numbers, and generates a clean summary. For court orders, it goes further: pulling out hearing outcomes, provisions with compliance deadlines, and next hearing dates automatically.
Is LegalFlow built for Indian law firms?
Yes. LegalFlow was designed from scratch for the Indian legal system — court hierarchies (Supreme Court, High Courts, District Courts, Tribunals), hearing stages, judicial language patterns, and Indian compliance workflows. It's also configurable for firms practicing in other jurisdictions.
What is the Client Portal?
The Client Portal gives each client their own login to check case status, see upcoming hearings, and access shared documents. No more "kya update hai?" calls — clients see everything in real time.
Can we import existing cases and clients?
Yes. LegalFlow supports bulk imports with CSV or Excel templates for cases, clients, and users. Bring your full history in minutes, not weeks.
Does LegalFlow support multiple organizations?
Yes. The platform is multi-tenant with organization-based data isolation and role-based access. Each firm's data is completely separate.
Is our data secure?
Absolutely. LegalFlow uses encrypted sessions, role-based access control, multi-tenant data isolation, and secure cloud storage (S3-compatible). Your documents are never shared across organizations.
Does LegalFlow integrate with Google?
Yes. Sign in with Google OAuth, sync hearings to Google Calendar automatically, and access LegalFlow from any device — including mobile as a PWA.
Is LegalFlow free?
LegalFlow is currently in early access. All features — including AI document analysis, client portal, and unlimited cases — are free during the early access period. No credit card required.
Where are documents stored?
Documents are stored in secure, S3-compatible cloud storage with encrypted upload and download links. Each organization's files are isolated.
