What does it cost?
Nothing right now. LegalFlow is free while in early access — every feature unlocked, no card required.
Is my client data safe?
Yes. Sessions are encrypted, access requires sign-in, and your matters are visible only within your firm's workspace. We never use real client data anywhere outside the product.
Can I import my existing cases?
Yes. Create a case straight from its eCourts CNR, or bring your existing caseload in from files and spreadsheets — no re-typing.
Which courts are supported?
District courts and high courts across India. LegalFlow tracks matters the way Indian courts run them — case numbers as filed, stages that match procedure, dates that move.
Does it work on my phone?
Yes. LegalFlow runs in the browser on any device — check tomorrow's hearings from the court corridor.
How does the AI use my data?
Only when you ask it to. AI features (like reading a court order) send just the relevant content to our AI provider over an encrypted connection, purely to return your result. Your data is never used to train third-party models.
Can my clients see their case?
Yes — an optional client portal lets you share exactly what you choose: next dates and status, without exposing your working file. You stay in control of what's visible.
Where is my data stored?
LegalFlow runs on Google Cloud. Your data is encrypted in transit, and your matters are visible only to your firm's workspace. If data residency matters to your practice, write to us at support@legalflow.ltd and we'll tell you exactly where things stand — no run-around.
What happens to my data if I stop using LegalFlow?
It stays yours. You can export everything before you go — and we delete your data 90 days after you delete the account.
Does LegalFlow sync with my calendar?
Yes. Connect your Google Calendar and your hearing dates appear there automatically — and stay updated when dates move. You approve the connection yourself, and you can disconnect it any time.
What happens when eCourts is slow or down?
Court Watch retries automatically and tells us — not you — when the source is having a bad day. You are never spammed with error emails, and your matters catch up when the record is available again.
Is there a record of who changed what?
Yes. Actions on a matter are recorded in an activity log — who did what, and when — so a busy firm's file has a memory.
