Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (also called Terms of Use) govern access to LegalFlow.
1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using LegalFlow, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Eligibility and account
- You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
LegalFlow is intended for professional legal teams. You are responsible for complying with your professional obligations and local laws.
3. License and acceptable use
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use LegalFlow for your internal business purposes during the term of your subscription.
- Do not reverse engineer, copy, or resell the service.
- Do not upload malware or attempt to bypass security controls.
- Do not use LegalFlow to violate laws or third-party rights.
4. Your content and responsibilities
You retain ownership of the data and documents you upload ("Your Content"). You grant us permission to host, process, and display Your Content solely to provide the service to you.
- You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of Your Content.
- You must obtain any necessary consents from clients or third parties.
- You should maintain backups of critical data.
5. Free trial
New organizations receive a 14-day free trial with access to all features. No payment information is required to start a trial.
- At the end of the trial period, you must subscribe to a paid plan to continue using LegalFlow.
- If you do not subscribe, your account will become read-only. Your data will not be deleted and will remain available if you choose to subscribe later.
- We may change trial duration or availability at any time. Changes will not affect trials already in progress.
6. Subscriptions and payments
Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through our payment processor, Razorpay. All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are exclusive of applicable taxes.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless canceled.
- You authorize us to charge your payment method on file for each renewal.
- We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice. Price changes take effect at the start of the next billing period after the notice.
Plan limits
Each plan includes limits on the number of team members, cases, and storage. If you reach a limit, you will need to upgrade your plan or remove data to continue adding items. Certain features (such as AI-powered tools, bulk import, and Google Calendar sync) are available only on eligible plans.
Failed payments
If a payment fails, your subscription enters a past-due state. You will have a 14-day grace period to update your payment information. If payment is not resolved within the grace period, your subscription will be suspended and access to paid features will be restricted.
7. Cancellation and refunds
Cancellation
- You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain full access to paid features until that date.
- After your billing period ends, your account becomes read-only. Your data is retained for 90 days to allow reactivation.
Refunds
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods or unused time within a billing period.
In exceptional circumstances (such as extended service outages caused by us), we may issue credits or refunds at our discretion. Refund requests should be sent to support@legalflow.ltd.
8. Third-party services
LegalFlow may integrate with third-party services such as Google Calendar or email providers. Your use of those services is subject to their terms and privacy policies.
9. App Store and Google Play terms
If you access LegalFlow via the Apple App Store or Google Play, you also agree to their applicable terms. Apple and Google are not responsible for LegalFlow, and any claims related to LegalFlow should be directed to Wavelength Technology. Where required, the Apple Standard EULA applies and can be found at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula.
Google Play terms are available at play.google.com/about/play-terms.
10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
LegalFlow is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. LegalFlow is a productivity tool and does not provide legal advice or create an attorney-client relationship.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wavelength Technology will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability will not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Termination
You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings (see section 7 for cancellation details). We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, fail to pay fees, or engage in activity that harms other users or the integrity of the platform.
Upon termination by us for cause, access ends immediately. Upon voluntary cancellation by you, access continues until the end of your current billing period. After termination, your data will be retained for 90 days and then permanently deleted unless we are required by law to retain it.
You may request export of your data before account deletion by contacting support@legalflow.ltd.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Wavelength Technology is established, without regard to conflict of law principles.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post updates here and revise the "Last updated" date. Continued use of LegalFlow after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
