Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using LegalFlow, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility and account

• You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

LegalFlow is intended for professional legal teams. You are responsible for complying with your professional obligations and local laws.

3. License and acceptable use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use LegalFlow for your internal business purposes.

• Do not reverse engineer, copy, or resell the service.
• Do not upload malware or attempt to bypass security controls.
• Do not use LegalFlow to violate laws or third-party rights.

4. Your content and responsibilities

You retain ownership of the data and documents you upload ("Your Content"). You grant us permission to host, process, and display Your Content solely to provide the service to you.

• You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of Your Content.
• You must obtain any necessary consents from clients or third parties.
• You should maintain backups of critical data.

5. Early access and free trial

LegalFlow is currently in its early access period and free to use — every feature is unlocked and no payment information is required.

• During early access there are no subscription charges. You can use LegalFlow at no cost.
• When LegalFlow launches paid plans, new organizations will receive a 30-day free trial with access to all features before any charge. No payment information is required to start the trial.
• We will give you clear notice before early access ends or before any charges begin. The sections on subscriptions and payments below apply only once paid plans are introduced.
• We may change early-access availability or trial duration at any time. Changes will not affect a free trial already in progress.

6. Subscriptions and payments

The following applies only once LegalFlow introduces paid plans. During the early access period, no charges apply.

Billing

Paid plans would be billed monthly in advance through our payment processor. All prices would be listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and exclusive of applicable taxes.

• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless canceled.
• You authorize us to charge your payment method on file for each renewal.
• We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice. Price changes take effect at the start of the next billing period after the notice.

Plan limits

Once paid plans exist, each plan may include limits on team members, cases, and storage, and certain features may be available only on eligible plans. During early access, all features are unlocked.

Failed payments

If a payment fails on a paid plan, your subscription enters a past-due state. You will have a 14-day grace period to update your payment information. If payment is not resolved within the grace period, access to paid features will be restricted.

7. Cancellation and refunds

Cancellation

• You may stop using LegalFlow at any time. During early access there is nothing to cancel and no charge.
• On a paid plan, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain full access until that date.
• You can export your data at any time while your account is active.
• After a paid billing period ends, your account becomes read-only. If you delete your account, your data is retained for 90 days to allow reactivation and then permanently deleted, unless we are required by law to retain it longer.

Refunds

Where paid plans apply, subscription fees are generally non-refundable, and we do not provide refunds or credits for partial or unused billing periods. In exceptional circumstances (such as extended service outages caused by us), we may issue credits or refunds at our discretion. Requests should be sent to support@legalflow.ltd.

8. Third-party services

LegalFlow may integrate with third-party services such as Google Calendar or email providers. Your use of those services is subject to their terms and privacy policies.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

LegalFlow is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. LegalFlow is a productivity tool and does not provide legal advice or create an attorney-client relationship.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wave Tech Pvt. Ltd. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability will not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim (or, during early access when no fees are paid, a nominal amount).

10. Termination

You may stop using or delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, fail to pay applicable fees, or engage in activity that harms other users or the integrity of the platform.

Upon termination by us for cause, access ends immediately. After termination, your data will be retained for 90 days and then permanently deleted unless we are required by law to retain it. You may request export of your data before deletion by contacting support@legalflow.ltd.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post updates here and revise the "Last updated" date. Continued use of LegalFlow after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
