What happens after the 14-day trial?
At the end of your trial, you choose a plan and subscribe through Razorpay. If you don't subscribe, your account remains accessible in read-only mode — no data is deleted.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from the Billing page in your account. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
Is there a refund policy?
The 14-day free trial lets you evaluate the platform fully before committing. After subscribing, payments are non-refundable. You can cancel anytime to stop future charges.
What payment methods do you accept?
LegalFlow uses Razorpay for billing. You can pay with UPI, credit card, debit card, or net banking. All payments are in INR.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
After cancellation, your data is retained for 90 days in read-only mode. You can export your data during this period. After 90 days, data is permanently deleted.
